Review:
Ra.One, the most awaited movie of 2011, released today. It the first movie in Bollywood with such high budget of Rs.175 crores (US$39.03 million), besides this Ra.One is SRK’s dream project. We think SRK is be bit nervous for the release and also much excited for the results. Before Ra.One, movies like Krrish and Robot started a trend to launch movie based on Superhero, but these movies were unable to gain success in the industry. And now the King Khan of the bollywood raised the spirits of these kind of movies not just in terms of the story, but also in terms of money, made it to international standards, promotion, parties, music etc. But to be precise, Ra.One is a desi kind of movie, well we can accept the desi look of the movie because it’s a bollywood movie which has to be desi (hindi picture desi nahi rahi to majja nahi aata).
The movie is about the father-son duo, where Shekhar(SRK) designs a game which has to be played, but incidentally the scene reversed, means here game itself starts playing with father-son duo. But to very frank, this is what we can call a real movie, a real entertainment.
The railway train scene in the second hour is real good, but its also an expectional in a movie. Role of Rajnikanth is mind-blowing, and can be greeted by most of the viwers.
Now, moving towards to the villian i.e. G.One (Arjun Rampal), everyone knows he is very good at acting as hero, but also he is very good for playing the role of a villian (one can say if Arjun will work as villian, then he can be named after the most prestigious villaneous characer in Bollywood like Shakti Kapoor, Prem Chopra etc.)
The song ‘Chammak Chhallo’ is already a hit in India, and also one can never except these type of song in a Hindi Movie. The music in the film and songs is real good, actually once again Vishal-Shekhar has really done a wonderfull job.
Well, finally we can say Ra.One is a the real innovation in the industry, a must watch film. The picturesing and visual effects in the movie is awesome. No doubt, Ra.One is now the Blockbuster Movie of 2011.
