Nakshatra is a regular Bollywood thriller that comes with expected dose of suspense, action and little bit of romance. However, it fails to impress largely because of loose narration of story and lack of proper editing. Music is average and direction is ordinary.
Shubh played the script writer who is also an avid gamer and spends quality time with his playstation. He juggles between writing scripts and playing games. Sabina Sheema played the role of his lady love and she does not do much in the movie apart from luring her lover. Overall the performances of the lead pair seems average and their performances can easily be forgotten.
Milind Suman has done justice to the role of Cop. He looks impressive in action scenes where he relentlessly chases for Necklace Thief. Anupam Kher does not have much role to play and an actor of his calibre is wasted in such short roles. This romantic thriller fails to generate the intensity and emotions associated with thriller movies. If you are big fan of Milind Soman then you can watch the movie to see him in action sequences.
